The Wine...

A perfect dinner : a good first course, a strong main course, a delicious dessert , but if the wine is not the right one , you can alter the flavors and really mess it up.

Let us guide you or , depending on your experience, freely choose the right pair of wine with food. we just give you some advice:

To begin with appetizers it is always better to opt for a crisp white wine , if the entrees are meat, then a pinky wine.
For the first courses and soups , you can also continue with the same wine , unless if you choose a risotto, which mostly prefers dry white or a light pinkish.

During the course of appetizer and pasta dishes wine should not exceed 10 °.

Consumed the first part of the meal , we move to the main courses.

If the main corses is based on fish , of course a good white wine neither too dry nor too fruity, with an alcohol content not exceeding 14 °.

For white meats such as chicken or turkey, a dry white wine or rosé is suitable.

For red meat red wine is the only choice, which can be "young wine" if it is combined with veal, rabbit , boiled meat , more vigorous (on 14°) for the grilled meats and pork

In addition to following these little tips, you must remember that the most important and prestigious wines should be served after the most modest. The white wine is served before red and wine cooler is always served before wine at ambient temperatures.
